Desk: Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar said that he is responding well to the treatment in the United States.
Parrikar said, in a video message, that his treatment is giving successful results and he will be able to participate among people in the coming few weeks.
In April, Parrikar went to US for his treatment for pancreatic cancer. Before that, he was hospitalised at Lilavati Hospital on February 15, after he was suffering from mild pancreatitis problems. He was discharged on February 22.
On March 21, Parrikar’s personal secretary (PS) Rupesh Kamat had said that the Chief Minister is responding well.
